JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Laborer to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of concrete construction projects. Your contributions will be integral to the smooth and efficient execution of tasks on site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Concrete Finishers in preparing and pouring concrete.
Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding.
Operate hand and power tools to assist in concrete placement and finishing.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Previous experience in construction or as a Concrete Laborer is preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
Strong commitment to safety procedures

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various concrete construction projects. You will be responsible for applying finishes to freshly poured concrete, creating smooth and durable surfaces that meet client specifications and industry standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints.
Monitor the curing process and apply sealants or waterproofing coatings as necessary.
Check the forms that hold the concrete to ensure they are properly constructed.
Direct the casting of the concrete and supervise laborers who use shovels or special tools to spread it.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to concrete finishing.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
